Achieved FCR?

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question but....

Can anyone tell me what "..You have achieved FCR " means?

I tried to do a search on it but it said that FCR was too short to be used for searching.

First call resilution- its a call center term, not sure why you would get that on your handset tho.

and cuz someone said they wanted to "punch a baby".. It really sounded kinda creepy to me!

I still don't get it.. but that's ok.
