acess data dolphin browser

I placed my sd card from my old
thunder bolt and placed in my new one
how do i acess the old data so i can use
it with the new phone

Do you have the same apps on your new phone? Also, you may need a file explorer to access some data from the sd card. Here's a couple that I've used
