How should I download and save a spreadsheet for easy and occasional access on my droid.

My choice would be to use DropBox. I have several spreadsheets that frequently change and are storted in the DropBox folder on my PC. They are always available on my phone, and remain up-to-date on my PC. It works in both directions.
