So I was doing some window shopping and I was looking for something that let's me transfer apps to my micro SD without rooting the files, does anyone know if the S3 or LG Volt lets me do this?

Don't think it's the phone; it's the OS. KitKat for security reasons prevents the phone from writing to the SD card. At present the only solution is to root. Plenty of help RE rooting the S3.The Verizon Note 3, my device, is in the experimental stage.
