Just wanted to send out a big thanks to everyone on this site. After months of frustratingly slow speeds, I did my homework & rooted & flashed Cyanogen on my Droid. It was still laggy so after Googling all my questions, 99% of my answers came back to the site. So now after tweaking the heap, CPU numbers etc etc, my Droid is faster now than it was when I got it in 2009. Saved me a couple of hundred $'s from buying the Droid 3 next month. lol
