720P Camcorder

Greetings all,

I apologize if this question was brought up before since I am a newbie.
I cannot get the new stock camcorder in 720P to record, is there a bug and or fix or am I doing something wrong? It says press the virtual toggle and I press all over the screen and nothing

Thanks,
Justin

Virtual toggle is the trackball. Press it.

Greetings define trackball, I have a green square and a red ball. Either one I press and hear the shutter close, however, there is no recording as the count down meter never changes.

Thanks,
Justin

Open the video camera.

Notice the ">" on the side. Drag it to open the adjustments.

Go into settings (looks like wheel cogs).

Tap on resolution and select 720p.

Hope this helps.

Greetings, still no workie, tapped the camera, redball, >, flashing square, just about evrything. I still cannot get camcorder recording. Is there a countdown counter? How do you know if it is recording? I noticed in the lower right the camera icon is still there and the video is set for 780P, is there suppose to be a video icon on the lower right when the phone is in video mode? If so, how come the setting say video and it is not in video mode? when in video mode, what is the trigger for record and how do you know it is recording? I might have a bad phone.

Thanks all,
Justin
