69 euros for a clock!?

Have you guys seen the insanely expensive clock widgets in the market made by
St. Berlin?? I found them in the "just in" section of the app market....seems
alittle outrageous to me.

They're anywhere from 39 to 99 Euros. They've got the two zeros attached to the end. I just checked. Yikes.

Just double checked and they range from 99 euros to 39 euros....for a clock widget....there are like ten of them on there.

... really, this surprises you. Did you all not read about the "I am Rich" app that was on iPhone app store for a while. It was $1000 (Apple's max allow price) and the ONLY thing it did was place a diamond icon/pic on the phone... PEOPLE BOUGHT THEM!!!!!!! No I'm not making this up:

People spend $$$$ for GOLD cases for their phones. IMHO hats off to the developer(s) for capitalizing on consumer stupidity... I just wish that purchasing things like that would set off a small explosive charge (ESPECIALLY the iPhone thing, 'you have just purchased the 'I am Rich App', you have 30 seconds left to contemplate your stupidity... LOL, yeah, that's why I looked for the link, figured it needed a link... I could barely believe it when I heard about it. I believe Apple has since removied the app because of stupidity (people were complaining that they didn't 'realize the cost was for real' or 'thought it was a joke'.... they should have left it, MORONS beware....)
