Saw on the internet that we are supposed to get 50gb of free storage on Dropbox but when I created an account and signed in I was at 2.5gb.

Was this squashed by Verizon maybe?

From what I understand, neither Verizon nor AT&T has the 50 GB Dropbox.

There's a ROM developer that makes the ROMs for rooted users of the Samsung Galaxy S3 - Beans, anyway, when you install his ROM you get upgraded to the 50GB Dropbox plan. I only installed it just to see if it was true or not, and the next time I went on Dropbox from my computer I had the upgrade and now have over 50GB....its very nice and convenient. Maybe a ROM developer for the Note 2 will do the same thing.

Box.com has the 50GB program too. Right now, it's only for Xperia and LG Android devices, as well as the (cough, cough...) iph.ph.ph. Oh damn... You know what I'm saying.

I have 50GB for my RAZR MAXX and got it back when the promotion was open to us. Oh, and it's for LIFE!! (not 2 years).

This promotion has ended, but don’t fret! If you have an Xperia or LG Android device, you can take advantage of our 50 GB offer until December 31, 2012.

I prefer Dropbox to Box, as many third party applications have built in support for Dropbox, and their Windows and OS X clients work perfectly.
