4G vs WiFi

I have AT&T Uverse Max and will have the Max Plus tomorrow. I see a great difference in the AT&T versus the 4G on my desktop. I enabled WiFi on the Bionic so I could connect with it, but it seems I am still connected using the 4G. How do I disable the 4G and use the WiFi connection?

It will say that I believe if you look the 4g icon dims. It automatically uses Wi-Fi when its enabled.
