4g Comes to North Idaho

Just went to pull my phone off the charger and was greeted by a nice little surprise. The 4g icon was there all nice and blue. A quick speed test showed I was getting 30megs/down and 16megs/up.

Prior to this I was stuck on the border of a 4g area (Spokane, WA). Hopefully this isn't temporary or just some tower testing.

The true test will be how the data drops increase/decrease. I never had problems with data drops until the big outage a week or two ago and since then it's been dropping daily and real sluggish to reconnect.

wow where are you at? I'm in post falls, at our house I'm lucky to get 3G on my palm phone , lots of 1X here. I'm considering upgrading to a Bionic if 4G is in my future I really might get one.

Also in pf. Google "4g verizon idaho" and you should find an article in the spokesman with verizon's official announcement.

cool, hope it reaches our house, were south of seltice way off greensferry. Can't wait to get a 4G phone now!
