While I'd love to see it, I wouldn't expect it.

It seems pretty far fetched,I do not think any hardware can be pushed that far past what it was built to do.

the timing in the CPU would be thrown way off. Even if it is possible, i guarantee the phone would run much slower at 3GHz than at 1GHz. Frequency increase does not always and necessarily mean speed increase. With that said im 100% sure this is a lie.
