3g problem after ics ota??

After i updated to the ics everything is working fine. Except when i am on 3g the market is really slow. Some apps don't work on 3g. And also the email app wont sync. Everything works fine on wifi and 4g. The Gmail and the browser work fine on 3g. It doesn't make sense. I'm going crazy. Anybody else having this same problem. I'm still under warranty so I'm getting a replacement. Hope it fixes it.
