Anyone using a 32GB class 4 micro SDHC card in a DroidX?
I just got one to replace my 16GB class 2 card, but this new card becomes read-only occasionally.
Very annoying.
I've had the same problem with a PNY 16GB Class 10. Replaced w/ a Class 2 and it's working fine. Just have to decide between returning the Class 10 for a refund, exchanging for another card, or using it (with adapter) in my camera
I hear higher speed rated cards draw more power, and problems arise when a mobile device can't supply that much power.
And it is probably why we never see these issues when these cards are used in a desktop PC.
The Centon performed more like a class 6 card than its class 4 rating.
It was a little faster than my replacement 32GB class 4 SanDisk that is working great.
