3.3.1 killing Sirius app, need help

UD 3.3.1 is killing my sirius/xm app about 20 seconds after the screen turns off. Hitting the power button to bring up the lock screen seems tol bring it back but only for a short time. Is ther a way to keep it from being killed? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
