Ok, I was rooted before, but in the end I dont need it, i never did anything with it. anyways, I used z4 root. I un-rooted the other day, deleted all my apps and such, ( i didnt change anything for the root like some have ) and tried to do my update. But it keeps failing. Ive tried 5 times and it always fails. The bar will go about 1/4 the way and fail.
Please help! I thought about doing a factory reset, then the update but figured I would ask for help first. Because i really dont wanna lose all my stuff.
