2.1 OTA update release date?

All, I have spent pretty much the last 10 hours on here and am now just confused. I read that he 2.1 update is out and then I hear its out on the 22nd. I also hear that no one really knows when its out. If I could get an actual answer it would be great. I don't mean to complain but if no one really knows when I can get this update on my Droid then stop speculating. This is not high school can we please act like adults?

whats out now is the 2.1 sdk thats for developers to use to test there apps on etc. not really for us yet
