10 years? is that all? From reading this forum there are people who have been with them a lot longer than that. There are always people on here saying that they called CS about their 4 year old phone's battery died and that there pissed because Verizon won't give them a new one for free when it clearly is a defect and that they have been with the company for over 15 years and that if they don't fix it then they will take there money somewhere else. :biggrin:

some people were with bell atlantic, airtouch, or GTE before it turned into verizon wireless.
