1 year warranty

how do you check if your phone is still cover under the one year warranty?

Motorola (an American company) covers their products for one year. If you fubar it though, it is on you.

yeah i know but is there anyway like looking through the phone system to check if the phone is under the 1 year? cause i got my phone off of someone else.
