Nexus devices have always been super easy to root and mod thanks to Goolge's commitment to produce developer friendly devices. Rooting a Nexus device is as easy as installing a custom recovery and flashing the SuperSU.zip. Although it is super easy it can be difficult for anyone who is not used to ADB commands. You have to execute a few commands to get your devices bootloader unlocked and to install a custom recovery. Your PC also needs the SDK installed. Wugfresh decided to make this process easy enough for anyone even a newb to perform. His Nexus Root Toolkit allows you to one click your way to an unlocked bootloader, recovery install, and rooted device. There are many more options that any modder would be super impressed with.
