just purchased a Droid Ultra (coming from a Droid X).
The Ultra does NOT have an sd card.
I re-installed WhatsApp Messenger and there is not a folder in the internal memory, I had to create one.
I have a backup of my messages from the X . . . I copied the entire WA folder to my computer . . . and then tried to drag and drop the folder onto the internal memory folder of the new Ultra but the error message says:
"This device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected: stop copying or skip file"
When I un-installed and re-installed WhatsApp and the program said do you want to restore? I clicked yes, but the restore is just the 2 new messages from today, not my backup from my computer.
Please Help!
