Weather Circle temp doesn't update

My temp in the circle seems to stick on a temp for hours. If I connect (tap it) to connect to accuweather the temp is correct then when I close accuweather the circle is still wrong. Any fix for this?

I'm pretty sure it is default at update every 4 hours or so. And I don't think there's a way to change the default.
