Here are a few ways...
1. USB cable
2. Dropbox
3. Email
4. FTP (rooted only)

How do I e-mail it or find it when I connect my USB? There are no options when I hit the menu button on the phone. And I've connected it to my mac and can't find it in the phone files.

Videos are placed in the DCIM folder.

After you plug it in, pull down the notification bar and select the USB options. Set it to PC mode.

All this is explained in the user manual that comes with the phone.

I also forgot to mention the most obvious way... find the video in your gallery and long-press it. Press share and you'll get a list of apps that can send the video to various places... like YouTube or Gmail.
