Trying to customize dock, need help.

I am running launcherpro on my fascinate and I deleted all of the stock dock icons because I like the minimalist look. Now I have found some text icons that I want to put back on the dock for basic functions like "call" "text" etc. When I add the custom icon to the dock it shows up ok but when pressed it doesn't do anything. Since I chose "blank" from the shortcut menu when I deleted them originally do have to somehow re-designate the blanked spot so it knows what to do? I really don't want to have to restart to default and start all over again.

Long press on the spot where you have that text icon and click on "change shortcut". That should give you the ability to set (again) what you want that dock spot to do.
