Too much internal memory

When I was using a system app (forgot what its called) it said I had 70% memory on my internal memory, what do I erase?

If it said you have 70% free, yeah, you're good. I've been deleting apps and moving stuff to my SD Card to free up space so I can actually receive text messages

i have 63& full right now, is that a lot? if it is what do i need to do to lower it
