Installation Instructions:
Basic theme made for Fission 2.4.3 rom only(I'M NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU BREAK YOUR PHONE, THE THEME WORKS PERFECTLY FINE FOR ME).

Download http://www.mediafire.com/file/1sg1ofjwof6luhs/BlackD2GFission.zip. Place in root directory of sdcard without unzipping and install through clockworkmod recovery.

All credit goes to thebowers for most of the images. I only modified some images and some xmls .

Force closes multitouch keyboard, simply changed settings to swype keyboard. Looks good.

I am inclined to believe that you would need to modify the boot.img for the slider and that's not possible on the d2g as of yet because of the locked bootloader. The widget locker app might be able to offer that option though.

Don't know what the one your requesting looks like, but I do like the original one, goes good with the theme.

Found a problem. In google search the text is black and so is the background. Very hard to see.

Ah, I hadn't used my google search but I did after seeing your post and yeah, I agree. I had noticed a slight issue the first night i installed it but it wasn't too big a deal. I figured I'd go ahead and mention it in case Castro decides to tackle the google issue you brought up.

I noticed that the confirm action buttons that are grey/silver, have white text, which is also kind of hard to see. Nothing unbearable but a slight issue. I'm keeping the theme whether or not changes get made to this and/or the google search issue. Just figured I'd point it out. I took a screenshot but it differs in the way it looks on my screen. the text doesn't seem to be as hard to read as it is on my d2g. I thougt maybe it was a brightness issue because I usually have mine set at the lowest setting. I bumped it up a few times and it was still hard to see.
Anyone else have this issue or is it just me lol? Maybe it's my screen protector?

I'm gonna attach the screenshot anyway so you know what buttons I am referring to. The screen is of homeswitcher but these buttons are on most apps where you apply or confirm an action.
