Text Messages MMS Say PENDING

My text messages MMS say pending. Does this mean the person I sent the text to has blocked my texts? If I text them a photo, it says received. This is very frustrating. I have send 3-4 texts and all of them say pending. 2 photos texted say received. ?????

Not sure If I'm having the same issue, but it seems like my texts are taking forever to send to non Verizon users. My friend just told me he got 13 text from me at midnight

Which messaging app are you both using? Is it the stock messaging app or a replacement app like K-9???

i think im having the same problem, is it pending when you have a little message box with a clock in it? how do i know if the text got sent, i dont want to keep resending the same thing?!
