Ok so I stopped by my Verizon Corporate store today and asked about the TB release date. He said they didnt have them in stock yet but the internal website they access for the information is quoting a release date of Feb 28th.
He also indicated that at this point those that got it before new data pricing for 4g came out would be grandfathered in under there current pricing plan.
So take it with a grain of salt OR TWO. But it looks like it might be coming out on the 28th.
