I want to be able to sync Google searches done on my laptop to my phone. So if I search for best places to eat in Washington DC with my laptop using chrome, I want it to appear in the recent search results history when I open the Google search app. Is this possible?

Right now, when I open the Google search app it only shows the history of searches done on my phone. I have gone into the settings of search and selected show recent search history, but it still only shows searches done from my phone.

    I have a verizon galaxy s3 running jellybean 4.1.

Hmm I know you can sync bookmarks from laptop to phone (at least on my phone.) If you sign into chrome on both devices and then go to chrome settings on your phone it should be an option. I don't know about search history but maybe you can bookmark these things? I know its not exactly what you asked but maybe it will help.
