stop asking to install update

Is there a way to do this?it auto downloaded and asks every 12 hrs if I'm ready to install. I'm sticking with ics for now and almost hit install by accident when I was playing on the phone. Thanx

I was in that boat yesterday. Ended up rooting so I could freeze the updater using Ti BU. No more requests so far. But I lost everything and had to set up the apps again, maybe I should not have done the fdr step too. But, I am keeping Foxfi!

If your now rooted why not spend the three bucks on SQLite editor and change the hotspot entitlement check? Then dump foxfi like the pos it is.
