About week ago my battery went from full charge to dead in a matter of a few hours. Looking at the battery usage the culprit was found to be the email app, which I have set as Push for my Hotmail. I restarted the service, and later restarted the phone, but had the same battery drain. So, I changed the synch frequency to never and have been using the mobile Hotmail website for the past week, and my battery usage has been normal. Today I turned push back on, and battery started dying again. So what gives? I did nothing to change my settings. I would try K9, but I haven't been successful in setting it up for Push with my Hotmail.
