SPB TV - ZDF news blocked

I was wondering if anyone is watching or listening to the ZDF news. I have SPB TV installed and it works generally well, however the news are not being streamed. It always states that there is no life streaming at this time. If a TV show or another stuff is on the stream is working. Are the German news being censored to the US public?
