Sorry Frow Being a NOOB but your help would great

I have a Nexus 7 and i unlocked it and i put roms on it left and right.
But with the Razr having a locked boot locker how can i get Roms on it?
Can i use Clockwork Mod. If you can point me into the right way that would be great. O btw razy has ICS 4.04 rooted

You need safestrap, not bootstrap, to flash roms. You should look at Matt's Razr utility 1.8. If you already have bootstrap, you'll need to fastboot flash to stock 4.04, reroot, then put safestrap on, all of which can be done with the utility. Otherwise, you can install safestrap from the utility.
For info on roms, look in the rom section. I personally recommend Black Widow. It increased my battery life significantly. Eclipse is also good, but I was unable to get my Netflix app working with it. I had sound, but no picture, and Netflix is a deal breaker for me, since I have no cable...
I also recommend Titanium Backup if you plan to be roming much. It's very useful not to have to reinstall everything and lose your place in, say, Angry Birds or the like.
