something's wrong w/ my storage

almost every time i install an app now, i have to uninstall an existing app because it tells me i have limited storage but when i look at available space it tells me i have 1.48 G.
the other day i couldn't install a 27 mb upgrade for an app!

Clearing the application cache memory and try again, some time it might be workout.
