Slow YouTube

My YouTube is really slow on wifi and 4g...it lags a lot. It never used to do that.

it used to be instant...especially with wifi and 4g.

Does anybody know what could be wrong

I'm having the same problem. Youtube buffers quickly for a bit then stops. Takes 10 min to watch 2 min video on wifi!

I wonder what Netflix does to keep there'$ So fast. I can watch a 45min show and it not buff once on 3g besides the start up buff and than get on youtube and have it buff 20 times for a 5min clip

I think the app is broken... It works just fine in the mobile browser.

Just tried the app out of curiosity. All vids ran fine in HQ both wifi and LTE. My tb is stock and GB updated. App version is 2.2.16.

I can get the app to work most of the time but I found that if I did have trouble the mobile browser always worked so I knew it wasn't the 4g network being bogged down.
