Skype -- wtf?

This is driving me crazy!! I know two other people with the Gnex and both and both are able to video chat just fine.

Although I have the most recent version of Skype (the official free video calling version -- not the vzw mobile crap), mine doesn't even show the option to video chat anywhere. When they try to initiate a chat with me, it just does a voice call.

There is absolutely nothing in the settings menu for video chat even though their FAQ says there should be on supported devices.

Has anyone run across this? What could be different about my particular Nexus that would cause this not to work?

It shows up after selecting contact to call. I didn't find it at first either.

No matter what contact I select, the option doesn't appear. I only have call, im, and SMS.

When I got a look at my friend's screen, video was listed.

Issue was fixed after installing the Android Revolution HD 2.2.1 ROM.

I think I must have previously restored something in /system with titanium backup (using GB data) that screwed it up.

Now I don't restore most system app data. I've killed my data connection doing this once too so I learned my lesson
