I'm not entirely sure the network optimizations can be beat with a simple services hack... it will more than likely be built into the cell towers themselves.

Ok, yes, 3g is throttled, and yes it can be hacked to prevent throttling. "as of now, 4g lte is not throttled, not to say it will always be that way, but right now it is not..."

They'll probably throttle 4g once it grows to what 3g was when they started throttling it. I'm sure they didn't throttle it to start with either.

They only throttle the problem children. If you use less than 10gbs a month you won't be affected.
