According to a confusing report over at Pocketdroid.net, supposedly Asus Germany has confirmed that all current Transformer products will be receiving Android 4.1/Jelly Bean at some point. This includes the original Transformer TF101 and Slider SL101, as well as the unsurprising TF201/TF300/TF700. What makes the report confusing is that originally a representative from Asus Netherlands claimed that the two oldest devices would be the only ones that would not get the Jelly Bean update in the future. Afterwards, Asus Germany came forward denying this. So, for now, we will just have to trust the last statement from the company, and wait for an official International statement.

after making the Nexus7, I'm pretty sure Asus wouldn't lay down and not allow some items to not get updated.
