[REQ] Network Name on notification/lockscreen

So I used the liberty rom and loved the toolbox, but I'm sticking with a stock setup and doing just the changes that I know and love... how do you change the network name on the notification/lockscreen like liberty's toolbox did? (Where is says Verizon Wireless)

I know you can view and change the framwork.res/res/drawable-hdpi folders and find the .png photo, I imagine you would just rename it .bak and put your new file with the exact same name in it's spot.

Maybe. Not to change the text, but you could edit the picture to say what you wanted, or add a new pic the with the same parameters and file name.

You have to edit the eri.xml file

Worked like a charm, except I threw the file back on the sdcard over the original eri.xml so all I had to do was "finish project".... that is an awesome find. Every other tut says you have to adb push and sign the new apk. I like this simpler method A LOT
