Remove Clockwork mod?

Ok, I have the R2D2 droid and of course can not SBF to my original. A while ago I downloaded Z4root and bootstrapper to have a good backup of all my info in case something happened to my phone. The only other thing I have done was to overclock and used app quarantine. I am trying to install the OTA 2.3 and as i now know it will not work unless everything is stock. I have replaced all apps i quarantined and undid the overclocking. But now I can not figure out how to uninstall clockwork mod. I uninstalled bootstrapper but now clockwork mod shows up every time the phone is restarted and the update will not take effect.

Can anyone help me uninstall clockwork mod and get it back to the factory recovery program?
