Reception Issues Continue ...

Before the update I had echo issues. I'm thankful these have gone away. However, I'm still unsatisfied with the Droids reception on phone calls, and I'm wondering if folks think this might improve over time.

I'm coming from a Blackberry Curve and I never had an issue. I should say that I've tried all of the tricks and tips suggested by people on this forum. I love my Droid, I just want to have the same clear calls and stellar coverage I had with my Blackberry. Any thoughts? Is it just me?

It might just be your Droid. I would consider taking it back. The Droid that I have has excellent reception. Maybe a bad radio?

My suggestion is Run Don't Walk, exchange it. The Droid is one of the clearest and best receiving phones that I've had, including Blackberries.

I would agree with Evil_O. I've not had any problems with calls. Let your Verizon seller know and maybe get a new phone. We can't have any unhappy Droid lovers.
