Razr M Text Message Issues

My wife's razr M shows unsent text messages but their aren't any. How do I get rid of the notifications?

She also has problems getting group texts or picture texts. It always asks if she wants to download or reject. The download doesn't always go through the first five times.

She is getting pissed.

My parents have M's and if they dont reboot in a while, things get wonky like that. So try a reboot. Also go in to text and look under settings, see if Auto-retrieve is checked?

You can also go into settings-apps and clear the cache.

Many times pictures don't send if you are in a bad cell area. Make sure it isn't that.
