Question about LG Spectrum 2 video

Hi everyone! I am new to this forum and am hoping I can find the info I need! I have some video on my LG Spectrum 2 that I want to cut up. Is there any way to easily take frames or even a few seconds of video and only send that part? I used to have a blackberry and it was so easy but I am stuck on this phone! please don't make fun of me for not knowing....I am not well read in the world of technology...thanks for any/all help!
