Whenever i try to update to the official jelly bean update on my GS3 it downloads but then it says it will restart the device to do the install but it shuts off and comes on for a second and then it gets stuck off? So i had to do hold Volume Down Home and Power/Lock buttons after taking the battery out and back in to the phone. After that it will say stuff about custom OS so i hit volume down to cancel(restart device). Then it turns back on but says install error? Any suggestions help.
