Probably nothing. Just some little crap patch for VZW bloatware so we think our out of date phones are still relevant

This is a minor maintenance update, nothing crazy. You get the new Verizon Cloud app which replaces VZW Backup Assistant. Has good features if you replace your phone to sync things with the new phone.
Improved HDMI
Rapid Charging when the phone is powered off and charging
Improved GPS indicator
There are usually a few bug fixes mixed in that Verizon doesn't list. It's normally a good idea to update and keep your system version up-to-date.

Some interesting things I've found out after the update.

1) Root is intact.
2) Phone is much faster now.
3) GPS is still crap with its 2-3 second update.
4) Entitlement hack is still hacked (No change).
5) Previously I edited framework-res for the navigation bar and I had to restore orig framework-res to update, so after the update the navigation notification is gone.

A) Not sure if its just me, but the phone has been acting super slow again
B) This Cloud attempted backing up everything on my phone including SD card.
C) The only thing I can back up and have space for is my contacts.... WOWZA!!!!!!!!!!

They are attempting to be like Apples Cloud and fall short.

Real question if anyone knows... how can I access this cloud from a PC?

The Verizon Cloud app replaced Backup Assistant+ during the recent maintenance update. I don't use it, but it might be a handy backup tool for some people. It's free!

How so? Just curious.

Here are the details from the Verizon website. There is a way to access your backup data from a PC, there's a link on the website that details the PC version. If you don't plan on using their Cloud app, just open the settings and uncheck everything that will be backed up and it won't slow your phone down as much.
