New PRL?

I read on another forum that people are getting a new PRL with a *228. I had 52011 and now I have 52078.

What is PRL anyway?

PRL is preferred roaming list.
It basically tells your phone which towers to use.
Except for 611 ALWAYS saying you need to update it if your phone/ account messes up, you are part of the Altell integration, or you travel a lot you don't need to update it.

Just checked my phone my prl has updated to 52105
