same problem. I have a 2010 lexus RX 350 and a new Droid x. I was able to load the bluetooth but was unable to transfer the contacts. no real help from Verizon sales person though he gave good effort. tried the dealer but service person had same problem. I solved it by manually adding the new contacts in the car.
