We aren't sure what to make of this. The video above is vaguely intriguing, yet still just vague. It is supposedly a new augmented reality game called "Windy Day" which will be coming to the Moto X on October 29th. It was created by Motorola and Jan Pinkava and is based on some new Pixar technology called OpenSubdiv, which is a real-time animation process.

We will keep an eye out for any details which might shed more light on what this thing will be about.

In other news, Motorola has signed a secret deal with the NSA to produce highly detailed photo-sphere images of the interior of people's houses. When asked how they were going to do this, they replied "They're going to do it for us". Click here to download your new augmented reality game!

Until the release the app to the public on the play store. And really, its 6 million homes they didn't have before. They already seem to care about tracking my phone calls and internet usage.

Home life intrusion aside (but not ignored), this data could be fed into the "all seeing eye" servers to provide related ads to your devices based upon what you own or interests you. Wrapping a game around it is an easy way to collect it. Our data is big business.
