I'm not sure if you've ever heard of ogame (ogame.org) But it is a text-based MMO set in space where you can control your planets and build their economy, built ships and develop your planets.
Now, this game is played in real time (takes minutes to hours to days to built/travel and sometimes mere seconds can count.
They updated the graphics not too long ago and while the stock browser on the droids is sufficient to view and play the game (it looks beautiful btw) it is VERY slow.
I'm suggesting building a custom app that will do everything you need to do in game but faster then the standard browser (be it a widget or not)
This would probably involve simplifying the menus and maybe the graphics.
I don't really know if any of this is possible but I have no doubt if it was it would be very difficult (I'm not a programmer but I took a class in it once)
If someone finds this interesting and wants to take it up I'd be more then happy to work with them and offer some suggestions on menu set up and how it should be simplified as far as playability goes.
