My internet browser spazzes out

I've had my inc since Feb and I love it, but for some reason my internet browser has been acting up lately. The url bar just pops down randomly, when I try entering in a url the url bar closes, and sometimes the browser just closes randomly. Also maybe unrelated but when I use the check in function on the Facebook app my it spazzes out as well. I'm using an unrooted inc. Does anybody have any ideas to solve this or maybe some insight? These problems have only been occurring for a week or 2.
