If you follow the xda link to the miui website link it says no 3g or 4g. This ROM is absolutely useless.

Well, at one point they were planning on continuing development and making it fully functional. I wouldn't say useless, more like unfinished.

Just FYI for anyone wondering, there are people currently working on a fully functional MIUI port for the Razr, someone I've spoken to has one that he says should be coming soon, so stay tuned.
